I ordered a birthday balloon bouquet for my mom. It was so cheery and absolutely adorable. My mom loved it! Additionally, the customer service at Bliss Flowers was excellent; extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to others!

My 9 year old granddaughter was very excited to receive her balloon bouquet. The order was exactly what I wanted, and they were delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Bliss again for special occasions, now that I have family living in the McLean VA area!!
